They messed up the appointment times. Then turned a cleaning into a 2.5 hour appointment. Then we sat there and watched the doctor go to patients and complete their service who came in long after we had been sitting there for an hour and a half. Poor service structure . If you’re going to have 6 people at a time for cleaning. Work them in order of appointment. The hygienist was the nicest. The receptionist was very short tempered with me when I tried to express my frustration. She shouldn’t be working for the public. I have a job and had to be back at work.
